I’m thrilled to say last week’s Word of Mouth Supergenius: The “How to be Great at Word of Mouth Marketing” Conference was a fantastic event and we owe a big thanks our brilliant speakers, attendees, sponsors, and partners who helped make it all possible.
Our big mission of the day was to get beyond generic ideas and theory and get down to real word of mouth, with a focus on earning the respect and recommendation of our customers. Thanks to our brilliant lineup of speakers offering a wide-range of word of mouth expertise, we were able to make that happen. We knew the day was going well when even those of us who cover the topic every day were filling our notebooks with new ideas.
