Instead, provide a genuine value: Information, assistance, or entertainment when it is truly helpful.

Glad gave away plastic bags in the security line in the San Francisco airport. That’s useful and relevant. And recipients get to try a product.

How can you replace advertising with added value?

    When giving away your product for free, are there any legalities associated with it? Any fair compete / fair pricing laws to worry about?

    Giving away premiums is quite a simple idea. However, placing billboards on a bigger scale, and be helpfull with those billboards is a bigger challenge. How can you be helpfull with a billboard advertisement solely?
