Ask for referrals

Do you want more customers for free?  Just ask your current customers to refer their friends. 

When was the last time you asked?

It’s really that simple.

How to get your customers to refer their friend:

  1. Ask nicely
  2. Don’t screw it up with some complicated referral or rewards program
  3. Ask again, every so often
  4. Say thank you

    Excellent reminder. This is a great way to get more business, and it’s free! I’m please to say that I do this, but it took me awhile to figure it out.

    Complicated referral/rewards programs are definitely a turn off. Making it as simple as possible is the way to go for sure.

    If you want customers all you need to do is ask for them. Ask for their business again, and ask them to spread the word about you. If you are honest and genuine in your approach you needn’t worry about coming across as pushy.
