    Not everyone’s product lends itself to this, however it is worth thinking about as you put your product together. Can you get that in there?

    OXO is an extraordinary company. 2 years ago I noticed a small typo on their site and sent an email pointing it out. Imagine my shock when 2 weeks later I received a gift-basket with a hand written note and an eclectic assortment of their famous kitchen tools. They had me at hello.
