Comcastmustdie.com

Sooner or later, you’re going to piss of the wrong person.

Bob Garfield is the advertising critic for Ad Age and the host of NPR’s On The Media.  He’s got an army of loyal followers.

Comcast, with it’s usual skill, managed to screw up his service, waste days of his time, and act like a bunch of arrogant asses.

Bob has now launched Comcastmustdie.com.  Unlike the usual angry customer site, Bob has the profile and wit to make sure everyone sees it.  There are almost 1000 complaints posted so far.  And some idiotic and condescending replies from Comcast.

Keep an eye on this one.

Disclosure:  I too think Comcast should die.

Hey, loving the buzz around net nutrality. It’s been a matter of time, and the first shoe has fallen.
If you were hired today as a consultant for Comcast PR and Corporate Communications, what would you do?
