Does the software make you grin?

“I love this! It’s so much fun to use.”

That’s what I heard from a member of our team while testing new marketing platforms.

I don’t care what it costs, we’re buying that one.

Folks — the user experience is all that matters anymore. Your stuff might be better, more sophisticated, more intelligent, or more effective. But if it sucks to use, no one is buying it.

The game has changed — your job is to find out how to make people happy.

Good Morning and Happy New Year Andy,

Victoria and I scan Amazon reviews – of our competitors – and look for the complaints people make – about the best selling products in our niches.

Because if a product is selling well, and has complaints – we can model our next project after it – and improve on it as well.

    Have an amazing day!

Mr Twenty Twenty and Victoria – Fans from Oz.
