    It seems to me, with where we are in technology and thinking about technology, we need an “open source” peer review process that leads into an “open source” journal system for finding the articles. Why the quotes? Because I’m not sure how that would look/work and who should run and set those things up.

    Journals should exist to publish articles in nice packages for those who want them, not control the information. To use an old battle cry “information wants to be free.”
