Good stuff from Dell

A nice green initiative: http://www.regeneration.org/.  Check out the participatory "write on the wall" top of the main page.  Lesson:  Let the customer voice come first.

imageSomeone’s drinking sexy sauce in Texas!  Dell already jumped to the head of the pack in PC design with the M1330 – now they are winning innovation awards for this very pretty monitor

(Disclosure: They are a client and sometimes give me free stuff.)

It’s amazing to look at how far Dell has come over the past couple of years. It was just 4 years ago that my roommate was constantly being comped with free accessories and coupons from Dell because of lousy service or poor product execution.
And now they are leading a WOM leader. Andy, congrats on a great job. And I’d take their free stuff any day.

I don’t get any credit for this stuff! But it is fun to get an inside view of a company waking up to it’s potential. I cheer these guys on every day.
