This week we're sharing a bunch of tips on how to handle negative word
of mouth over on GasPedal's You Can Be a Word of Mouth Marketing Supergenius! blog, inspired by one of the new chapters in the revised edition of my book, Word of Mouth Marketing: How Smart Companies Get People Talking.

Remember, negative word of mouth is going to happen about your brand.

In fact, it's already happening.

That's the bad news. But the good news is that there are several things you can do — right now — to both protect yourself from future negative WOM as well as fix much of the existing stuff that's already out there.
