    Yikes! That’s a backhanded focus on external customers at the expense of the internal ones. :(

    Other than having seven of these signs, I don’t see what’s so bad about this. Some customers would welcome a chance to report a problem to the boss without having to confront an employee or manager.

    I’d word it differently, e.g., “We train our employees to give great service, but if you aren’t satisfied, call “

    That should read:

    “We train our employees to give great service, but if you aren’t satisfied, call (name of boss)”
