According to a new study, the French government practice of giving young people free newspapers once a week for a year is having a positive impact on the dying medium. Eighteen- to 24-year-old people increasingly like and trust newspapers.

More than half of the readers are now buying additional newspapers and 62% are reading the online editions too.

Of course they are! If you have a good product and let people experience how good it is, they’ll want more.

Stop selling and start sampling.
