According to a new study, the French government practice of giving young people free newspapers once a week for a year is having a positive impact on the dying medium. Eighteen- to 24-year-old people increasingly like and trust newspapers.

More than half of the readers are now buying additional newspapers and 62% are reading the online editions too.

Of course they are! If you have a good product and let people experience how good it is, they’ll want more.

Stop selling and start sampling.

    I made a study for a big company in Sweden. They developed a smart product to make it easier to perform the HACCP-program ( an EU food-saftey regluation). All companies that they visited said that the product was smart but they didn´t want buy it (“at least not right now. Do come back next year”).
    So they contacted me and we made a study of “try&buy”. We let the companies have the product free for a month. And if they didn´t want to keep it we would take the product back without any charges. How many returned the product after a month do you think? None, zero. All wanted the product now though even some of them swore that they never would buy this kind of product, but of course, that was before they hade tried it! TRY&BUY works. You should TRY it!
