Called my banker and said that I wanted a new savings account for the company.
She said, “Let me know which branch is most convenient for you,” and then set up an appointment.
I show up. Another banker and the papers are waiting for me. I sign them, the account pops up on my phone, I transfer funds. We make a quick side trip to the safe deposit box.
25 minutes start-to-finish.
Why am I writing this excitedly?
- To thank the team at Chase for consistently great service.
- Because I wish this was a normal experience for all companies, instead of something special.
