Make it easy to share offline

CIMG3684 We talk too much about social media when talking about word of mouth marketing. Social media is just one piece of the online part of word of mouth. 

You also need to pay attention to the offline experience.

The best offline word of mouth comes from a physical shareable that you can give to someone else — a coupon, a flyer, a doodad. The object becomes a reminder to mention it to someone else. 

You always want to have multiple shareables. Single items get used or saved — the extra one gets handed to a friend.
