One review matters

imageThis restaurant has 68 reviews online. But only the most recent one shows up on Google Maps.

You need to monitor all your reviews, every day.

What do I think this restaurant should do? Call their 10 most loyal customers and say, “We’d be really grateful for a review today.”

And don’t bribe them or pressure them (that’s sleazy). Just ask nice. They’ll be happy to help. And if you can’t get a few customers to write a positive review without a bribe, you’ve got bigger problems.
