Quick Blogging Advice #2

If your writing style is snarky, cynical, or devil’s advocate–there’s a good chance that you just sound like a bitter ass. 

Writing in that style is almost impossible to pull off well. That’s why there are very few professional critics out there.

Even if readers enjoy your blog, they probably aren’t going to do business with you. I may want to read someone’s snippy take on business, but I sure wouldn’t want to spend any time with them. I’d rather work with a nice guy.
