    Good Article Andy. I feel that many small business owners completely misunderstand the purpose of social media. There is a fine line between providing value to a potential customer and filling up their news feed with useless garbage. Social media isn’t something a business owner can really outsource effectively either IMHO.

    It’s tough to find a businesses voice when someone “outside” the business is trying to create a false buzz. Just another “ethics” issue I find with social media and small business.
