Way to make me feel good about myself! =)
All these mentions of “the game” remind me of Neil Strauss and Mystery, who say to be a successful pickup artist, it’s important to test things in the field and calibrate (they very specifically use that word) from all those social interactions.
Clearly, continuing to fail — and obviously, learning — is important in a variety of life’s fields.

I’ve always believed that character is built during the toughest of times. Anyone can handle good times, but it’s how we deal with, and what we make of ourselves during, the rough times that separates us from everyone else.
We will never feel the full satisfaction of success until we have experienced failure.
The most important thing about these failures is that we must learn from them and turn them into positives. These failures should be used as building blocks for our successes.
