Timothy Ferriss and the 4-Hour Workweek

Pretty much everything that could be said about Tim’s book has been said, and his blog has a lot of good ideas.

Here’s what I got out of it.

LEARN TO DELEGATE. LEARN TO DELEGATE. LEARN TO DELEGATE.

The book has a lot of wacky advice/ideas … but they’re all somehow involve enabling/empowering others to do work for you.

It’s the hardest lesson for leaders to learn, and it’s the #1 secret to business/life success.  17 years of entrepreneuring and I’m just starting to get decent at it.

P.S. To any of the 200 or so people who have worked for me over the years: This is your cue to insert snarky comments. Especially if you worked for me before I starting to figure out how it works. Also, please tell me what you’re up to and link to me on Facebook – I’d love to know how fantastic everything turned out.
