Details matter. But which ones?

IMG_0219It’s the attention to detail that takes you from bland to excellent. It’s what sets you apart by giving your customers a better experience in ways they may not even consciously recognize.

Example: A lower sink for kids can be a big deal for parents who want fewer hassles. It becomes one of the details that keeps them coming back. This detail is important.

Unless you’re a sports bar.

Details matter. The secret is getting good at deciding which ones matter.

There’s no secret formula. It’s about developing an eye for the details, and then filtering what you see against the needs of your customers.
