Q: Do you have any thoughts/abilities to help merchants succeed with WOM/social media without actually needing to do any work themselves?

A: No. Word of mouth marketing and social media are hard work. It’s not magic.

It’s hard to earn the respect and recommendation of a customer. It’s hard to turn a customer into a fan and an employee into an evangelist. And it’s completely worth it.
