Big basket of thanks

Zappos NoteThere is a big basket of blank thank-you notes at the end of every row of cubicles at Zappos.

Guess what? The employees send a lot of thank you notes to customers.

How easy can you make it for your employees to make customers happy?

    At cj Advertising the Media Department sends out weekly thank you notes to people that have gone above and beyond for us or our clients. In the thank you card we also send a Mini-Moonpie. We work with people throughout the US and a lot of them have never heard of a Moonpie so they love it! (Moonpies are made in TN and cj is located in TN.) We will thank them for whatever it was that they did and then tell them to enjoy a little snack break on us for their hard work. Along with the hand written note we will send an email to their boss and copy our client. People love being bragged on and this is a simply and very effective way of doing so. We even have reps that will ask what else they can do for another Moonpie. This is just proof that a little thank you goes a long way!
