Help your customers get better at working with you

When your customers are successful, they get great results, they stick with you, and they recommend you to their friends.

We love companies like Central Desktop that put out non-stop videos, classes, webinars, and everything you could want to get great at using their product.

P.S. Companies that charge their own customers for training are gross. It says, “We think it’s such a privilege to work with us that you should pay for just talking to us. And if our product isn’t well-designed, you can pay us more to teach you.” Charging for training sends a message that you really just care about milking your customer for cash instead of investing in their success.
