It’s ok to ask for reviews

Tell every single customer "We’d be grateful of you posted a review."

You have a ton of happy customers. They will say nice things about you.  But they need a little reminder.  They need to know that it’s important to you and that you appreciate it.

Unhappy customers will post negative reviews on their own. Your fans are the ones who forget.

(Remember to say "thank you" next time you see them.)
