Special treatment

We just found a new cleaning service for our house.  Normally this service assigns one person to a house, but it takes hours.  My wife works at home, so she doesn't like to have someone in the house all day.

We mentioned it to the owner, and he sent us a team from their commercial division who could get in and out fast.

We're instant fans, and we've barely even used this company.

Lesson: Is there some simple thing you could do that would thrill a customer without re-inventing how you work?
