Aha! #5: Great Ideas from Lindsay Lebresco of Graco

Lindsay's big idea: The best social media strategy starts by listening.

Since Lindsay Lebresco works at Graco, a company that manufactures products geared toward parents and newborns, it's only natural that she would compare the process of adopting a social media strategy to a birth.  As a matter of fact, the process from conception to execution took a little over nine months!  In her presentation, Lindsay talked about how the company took care before participating in online conversation and why listening was the important first step.
