You don’t need a clever sale or cheesy promotion to get customers (and prospects) in the door.
Just invite them over for dinner. Or a BBQ. Or a book reading for kids.
In this great example from Johnson’s Back Yard Garden, people even brought their own food.
Don’t over-produce it, or it’ll turn into a tacky marketing effort. Keep it simple, and you’ll discover that those people that you most want to connect with are happy to come by and hang out.
