You need to monitor all your reviews, every day.

What do I think this restaurant should do? Call their 10 most loyal customers and say, “We’d be really grateful for a review today.”

And don’t bribe them or pressure them (that’s sleazy). Just ask nice. They’ll be happy to help. And if you can’t get a few customers to write a positive review without a bribe, you’ve got bigger problems.
