Tell your customers “We don’t care about you”

The medical office parking lot had eight stories — and the first four were reserved for employees.

Customers (patients, often ill) had to drive around and around and park on the top floor, then walk up the ramp to the elevator in 100-degree heat. Everyone was tired and angry before they made it to the lobby.

I don’t know if the doctor was good or not — I’m taking my business elsewhere.
